Return & Refund Policy:

Because all EDM NYC PLANET products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing selections, or change-of-mind purchases.

Damages and Issues:

• Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• Claims should be submitted within 14 days of delivery and include photographs when applicable.

Refunds or replacements are available if:

• The item arrives damaged.
• The item contains a manufacturing defect.
• The wrong item was received.

Refund Processing:

• If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

 

To request assistance, please email felix@edm.nyc within 14 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue.

Approved claims may receive a replacement item or refund at our discretion.
